Provider and process
Assessments are led by Tenant Pulse Hub analysts familiar with Malaysian residential operations. Typical timeline: five to ten business days after usable records arrive. Delivery is remote across Malaysia, with Melaka office sessions available when committees prefer to meet in person.
Preparation
Export or screen-share access to usage or activity reports, a list of recent notices sent through the app, and a short note on pain points (for example unpaid rent follow-up or ignored facility bookings). We never ask for tenant identity documents.
Constraints
Findings depend on what your app can export. Sparse logs still yield directional notes, but we will say so plainly rather than invent precision.
