Privacy notice

What we collect

• Enquiry form fields: name, email, engagement interest, portfolio size note, and message content.
• Technical data needed to operate the site (for example essential cookies) and, if you accept, optional analytics cookies described on our cookies page.
• Engagement records you later supply under contract (often anonymised usage exports). Those records are handled under the engagement agreement and this notice as applicable.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed engagements, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement working files follow the retention clause in your written agreement, typically up to 36 months after closure unless you request earlier deletion where lawful.

Your rights

Subject to Malaysian law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Malaysian authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a processor outside Malaysia is used (for example email infrastructure), we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer.
