Covers intake, anonymised usage review across key tenant actions, a written findings brief, and a remote or Melaka-based presentation. Larger multi-site portfolios are quoted after we see building count and data access.

Retainer for a recurring summary of tenant activity, notice engagement, and payment-related opens. Minimum three-month engagement so patterns have room to settle.

Side-by-side reading of two to five properties. Price rises with the number of sites and how fragmented the source exports are.
